BA-Insight's Reporting and Analytics module is superior to others in the marketplace. The key difference is that BA-Insight's technology can detect when users find and act on relevant content. Other reporting tools can only report on "click through analysis", which is what links were clicked on during a search session. This information is not actionable, because users click on documents that are relevant and irrelevant and there is no way to distinguish between the two. Without this information, the Adminitrator doesn't know if a search session was successful.
