Link SharePoint Content to Business Processes
Most of the important entities that describe a business are well defined in their ERP, CRM, and custom applications (Project id's, customers, vendors, etc.). BA-Insight's technology enables Administrators to automatically connect to backend systems, extract important business entities and sychronize this data with SharePoint lists. The data can then be used to tag document centric content making this content much more finable in the future. The data in the SharePoint list is automatically synchronized with the backend system removing the burden of the Adminstrator having to maintain the list. Additionally since the data will be updated by the users of the business systems, there is no additional maintenance burden on the SharePoint Administrator.
